We are based in Christchurch and our core business is providing Land Surveying in the area of Subdivision.  We also do a lot of Location Certificates for new houses and extentions, setting out houses, topographic surveys with contours for Achitects, Landscape Architects and Engineers.
 
We perform urban and rural work in Canterbury though we can work across New Zealand.  High Country surveys have made up a good portion of our work over the last decade which has made us specialists in dealing with old survey data that is not of a high quality.

We carry out subdivisions from two Lots to over 100 Lots from concept to issue of Titles.
